PFL Registration

Registering to participate in the Pioneer Football League is simple. If you meet the criteria listed below, click the appropriate form and print it out. Once completed, send the form and applicable registration fees to:

Registration fee for 2007:

$50.00 discount if paid on or before June 1st

$25.00 discount if paid after June 1st but prior to July 30th

No discount if paid after July 30th

Families with multiple players will receive a $15.00 discount per each additional player.

All new participants are required to pay an additional $50.00 New Player Registration fee. This is a ONE TIME ONLY fee to offset equipment costs.

Families with multiple football participants will get a $15.00 discount on the registration fee for the second player. There are no discounts for cheerleading.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Participants must be at least 12 years of age and not older than 18 prior to October 16th.
(12 year-olds must weigh a minimum of 100lbs.)

2. Participants must be enrolled in high school classes to participate.

(Participants can not have graduated)

3. Participants who attend a school that offers football and cheerleading are not eligible.

4. All participants are required to receive a physical exam.

5. Participants AND parents must read, sign and agree to abide by the PFL Codes of Conduct.

6. Registration fees are due within 30 days of receipt of application and no later than the

team's first practice.

7. Parents are expected to assist the League by volunteering to work a job from the

PSL Parents' Opportunity to Volunteer list.

8. A separate registration package is required for EACH participant.

9. Participants will be placed on teams based on their home zip codes. To view the list of
